Devi Fisheries Private Ltd (‘DFL’) is the Fifth Largest Shrimps Exporter in India. DFL exports Shrimps to USA, Japan, Australia, Europe, Canada and more countries. It processes and exports more than 10,000 metric tons produce per year. When DFL approached Nyros, it was critical for the company to ensure food safety, product traceability and logistics management. This combined with pressure on stock prices and margins, created a tough environment.
From our initial stages of the partnership, Nyros team focused on developing a high-quality relationship based on open communication and brainstorming with the DFL team.
Collaboratively, the two companies developed and implemented the supply chain management solution in various phases of shrimp exporting, from purchasing raw materials to finished product. Modules include Orders Management, Purchase Management, Transport Management, Production Management and Warehouse (Storage) Management. The Warehouse Management is further classified into General Stores, Cold Storage and Machinery Unit Modules. Nyros provided the flexible supply chain solutions essential for addressing immediate needs – and responding to future changes.
